We work hard to ensure that all Cuva styles fit well and are made to last and we want you to be as happy with your swimwear as we are.
If you do have a problem or simply change your mind, please read on…..
- We offer a credit, exchange or refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
- If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size please send it back to us and we’ll send you the replacement free of charge.
- If you’d like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your current item. We will issue a refund and you can purchase your new style which we’ll send free of charge. Please contact us for help if you need it.
- If your return is outside of 14 days from date of purchase, we’re able to provide a Credit Note valid for 6 months.
- Please note that Gift Cards are non-refundable and Sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For returns, please follow these steps:
- Check that the item was purchased from Cuva Swim and that all original tags are attached.
- Check that our hygiene strip is still in place and that the item is unworn and as originally purchased.
- Ensure that you have your invoice.
- Please use the sticker provided to send your piece back.
- We recommend that you post the item back to us using registered, trackable post as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- For International orders please use a courier of your choice. We recommend that you insure your item in case of loss, theft or damage.
- Please note that unless an item is faulty the postage cost for returns and exchanges is the purchaser’s responsibility.
- Refunds will take 2-4 days to process from the date that we receive the item. Your refund will go through on your original form of payment. Please check with your Bank or PayPal account for additional processing time. You will receive an email confirming that your payment has gone through.
